are manufactured from High Densified film
faced shuttering ply encased in Rigid steel
frame for protection against wear and tear
and water.

The outer frame comprises
of 63 x 5/6 mm Flat, and internal grid of
50 x 5 mm flat forming grid of 300 x 300
mm or 300 x 450mm. The stiffener flat are
of one piece giving a solid strength.
High Densified Ply is firmly
riveted to steel rame by 23 numbers high
class alumium steel composite rivets with
auto riveting machine & sealed by silicon
sealant.

Since these plates are
incased in steel frames, it gives 70 to
75 repetition from 1 side & 40 to 45
reputation from other side.

x 1200mm & 1200x2400mm the cost of props&
spans is reduced by 30 to 40%.
